At THE FACE SHOP, your skin's happiness is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unopened products in their original packaging within 30 days for a full refund.

Return Process

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Authorization.

  Pack Securely

  Place the unused items in their original boxes, ensuring all seals are intact, and include a copy of your original packing slip.

  Ship Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned products, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
